Position

Danielle Hostettler is a Counsel in our Taxation Group in Geneva. Danielle's practice involves all aspects of Swiss and international tax law for both private and institutional clients.

Experience:

Advising clients on executive compensation, national and international tax planning, stock options plans taxation and valuation of company's shares, as well as lump sum taxation Providing tax advice to private clients becoming Swiss residents Advising on tax compliance issues for employees of a large US-based multinational setting up a subsidiary in Switzerland Negotiating with the Swiss Tax Authorities on taxation of benefits deriving from shares and stock options plans Advising a US non-governmental association on Swiss the tax exemption procedures Advising private clients on lump sum taxation issues Advising Swiss and non-Swiss residents on tax regularization and compliance matters
