Position

Pietro Sansonetti is Of Counsel in our Taxation Group in Geneva after having been a partner from 1999 until 2024. He advises clients on all tax matters, both domestic and international. He has in-depth knowledge of complex tax situations and extensive experience in dealing with tax authorities and enforcement matters including international exchange of information. He is active in corporate matters, in particular reorganizations such as mergers and real estate transactions, as well as on non profit entities including international non-governmental as well as official organisations. He also works with individuals on family businesses, on partnership and private clients-related tax matters such as trusts and inheritance related issues as well as on tax litigation including investigations and enforcement procedures.
