Position

Madeleine Simonek is an emeritus professor of law at the University of Zurich where she held the Chair for Swiss and International Tax Law for many years. She is Of Counsel in Schellenberg Wittmer's Taxation Group in Zurich. She regularly provides clients as well as tax authorities with tax legal opinions on unsolved question and mainly serves clients in complicated tax litigation cases and tax structuring.
