Madeleine Simonek is a professor of law and holds the Chair for Swiss and International Tax Law at the University of Zurich. She is Of Counsel in Schellenberg Wittmer's Taxation Group in Zurich. She regularly provides clients as well as tax authorities with tax legal opinions on unsolved question and mainly serves clients in complicated tax litigation cases and tax structuring.
