Position

Anne-Carole Cremades is Counsel in Schellenberg Wittmer's International Arbitration Group in Geneva. She specializes in international commercial arbitration and has acted as counsel before international arbitral tribunals in a broad range of disputes involving share purchase agreements, oil & gas contracts, joint venture agreements, sales and distribution contracts, international construction contracts and investment disputes between states and foreign investors. In addition, she has served as arbitrator as well as secretary to arbitral tribunals in several ICC and ad hoc arbitrations. She has also represented parties before the Swiss Supreme Court in proceedings related to challenges of arbitral awards.
