Hedda Baumann Heier works mainly with intellectual property law, marketing law and contract law. She provides local and foreign clients across different sectors with pragmatic legal advice in counseling, transactional and litigation matters.

Hedda’s expertise covers all forms of intellectual property rights, including copyright, patents, trade marks, domain names and trade secrets.

With respect to counseling and transactional matters, Hedda has extensive experience with intellectual property and technology agreements and transactions, where she inter alia assists with contract drafting, negotiations, compliance review and due diligence work. She regularly advises clients on how to secure and capitalize on their intellectual assets.

Hedda’s litigation work covers all fields of intellectual property law, and she is often working at the intersection between law and technology.
