Nicholas Foss Barbantonis is an intellectual property and information technology legal specialist.
Nicholas Foss Barbantonis’ legal practice focuses on intellectual property (IP) litigation, prosecution, enforcement and transactions. Nicholas is experienced in dealing with cross-border matters in several jurisdictions, including Norway, the European Union and the United States. A major part of Nicholas’ portfolio relates to telecom, marketing, IT contracts and product liability/regulation.
In addition to receiving his Doctor of Juridical Science (S.J.D.) degree from the US, he has accumulated broad negotiation experience in connection with contract drafting and litigation throughout his years practicing law in Norway.
