Rune Ljostad has wide experience in intellectual property law. He has experience from assisting large private and public entities in solving technology and media related challenges based on expertise within contract law/public procurement, copyright, privacy legislation, negotiations and litigation.

Rune has litigated several fundamental cases within this area before appeal boards, lower courts and the Supreme Court.
