Dr. Daniel Meßmer advises nationally and internationally operating clients in all areas of IT law. He specializes in implementing software-based and cloud-based business models, in particular the  drafting, negotiating, and interpreting of contracts.

In addition to traditional IT contract law, Dr. Daniel Meßmer has particular expertise in the use of open source software.
