Sabine Kröger is a Certified Specialist in commercial and corporate law as well as for banking and capital market law. She advises national and international companies, executives and shareholders in contract, corporate, banking and business law. As an experienced litigator, she also comprehensively represents her clients in court.

In particular, Ms. Kröger specializes in advising credit institutions on all issues relating to banking contract and banking liability law, especially on loan and loan collateral law, compliance and data protection law, representing them in trials to defend against claims by customers and investors. In addition, she advises German and foreign financial services and payment institutions from the Payment/FinTech sector in banking supervisory law, payment transaction law and money laundering law and represents them in regulatory licensing procedures (RegTech).
