Jules is a Partner and Head of the New Homes team in our Residential Property department. She is a Chartered Legal Executive and has worked in law for over 25 years. Jules has a wealth of knowledge in residential property matters and now specialises in New Build properties, acting for clients when they are buying from national and regional developers.

Jules enjoys dealing with the day-to-day work involved with residential sales and purchases and, in particular, enjoys the client contact and making their dreams come true when they walk into their dream home.

Her specialism also includes dealing with shared ownership sales and purchases, lifetime equity release mortgages, re-mortgages, redemption of Help to Buy charges, and transfers of equity.
