Karen is a key member of our Residential Property team and has been working with the team in Crewkerne since 1995. She joined Everys in November 2022 when Everys and Stokes Partners merged practices. Karen qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2005 and her many years of conveyancing experience, together with her down-to-earth yet professional manner, make her a highly regarded member of the team. In addition to sales, purchase, re-mortgage, and change of ownership transactions, Karen acts for landlords and small management companies in the provision of leasehold information packs and lease extensions.
