Mr Stein Kimsås-Otterbech has extensive experience with matters concerning employment law and as a litigator. He assists Norwegian and international clients on all aspects of employment law with a particular focus on dispute resolution, restructuring and downsizing, hiring and dismissal of employees, and issues related to pensions. Mr Kimsås-Otterbech heads the firm's Employment Law department.
