Mr Valen has litigated numerous cases before both the public courts and arbitration tribunals. He has been engaged in many extensive and high profiled criminal cases within areas concering white collar crime, tax fraud, environmental crime and corporate penalty cases related to the Working Environment Act. He has broad experience counselling both large, private clients and public entities.
