Mr Brudvik has extensive and varied experience related to transactions, and bank and bond financing for both borrowers and issuers. He also assists during drafting and negotiations of contracts for Norwegian and international clients within the shipbuilding and Oil Service industries. Brudvik also gives advice concerning company, stock exchange and securities law.
