Mr Greve assists banks and borrowers, and has extensive experience with bilateral and syndicated loans and guarantee facilities within the shipping industry. He also assists shipowners with ship sale and purchase transactions, chartering arrangements, building contracts and other contracts within the shipping industry. Furthermore, Greve works with joint ventures, restructurings, M&A transactions and IPO’s within the shipping industry.
