Calliopi joined Hadjianastassiou, Ioannides LLC (Deloitte Legal) as a partner in June 2021.
Calliopi’s areas of practice include public and private mergers and acquisitions, international and local financing, as well as advising on financial regulatory matters.
Before joining Deloitte Legal, Calliopi was the Chief Legal Officer of Hellenic Bank for six year (August 2015- June 2021). She began her career in London, where she worked for international law firm Allen & Overy LLP from September 2005 until December 2012. She then moved to Aspect Capital Limited, an investment management company as senior counsel until July 2015.
