Torsten Cülter joined Deloitte Legal as a partner in November 2022 and advises his national and international clients on restructuring, reorganisation and in special economic situations.

His practice areas include financial restructuring advice, insolvency law and corporate law. He advises companies, investors and creditors in judicial and extrajudicial reorganisation and restructuring proceedings and on the acquisition of companies in crisis (distressed M&A).

Furthermore, Torsten Cülter has broad experience in representing companies in and out of court in the field of litigation, in particular in mass litigation.

He is a lecturer in insolvency law at the University of Siegen.
