Rafael Hertz joined Deloitte Legal as a partner in April 2023 and advises German and international companies on all areas of individual and collective employment law, including employee data protection law. He has more than 12 years of experience advising German and foreign employers.

Due to his many years of experience in advising on employment law, inter alia, in cross-border transformation and restructuring projects as well as M&A transactions, including the corresponding negotiation of the related parts of company purchase agreements, representation in court as well as negotiation in the area of collective labour law, he is able to advise his clients in a very practice-oriented and effective manner.

Prior to joining Deloitte Legal, he spent several years at other leading commercial law firms.
