Danny Essing joined Deloitte Legal as a partner in April 2022. He has more than 14 years of consulting experience as a corporate and public sector attorney. Danny Essing's industry focus is on the Government & Public Sector.

He advices the public sector (federal government, states, municipalities) and their associated companies in private and public legal form, in particular on business start-ups, transformation, reorganization, cooperation and transaction projects as well as on setting up organizations. In this field, he has been in charge of numerous large reference mandates at federal, state and municipal level. He also advises non-profit corporations and foundations.

Prior to joining Deloitte Legal, he worked for other leading international law firms also focusing on advising the public sector.
