Managing Partner of Deloitte Legal DCM as of June 1, 2018. Before taking on the leadership of Deloitte Legal, I gained many experiences both in the professional and managerial fields, developing an in-depth knowledge of the dynamics of management of corporate offices and relations with authorities, legal functions and internal corporate compliance. I am specialized in corporate, M&A and equity capital markets and I’ve worked for over 13 years at prestigious national and international practices, providing assistance in numerous and significant extraordinary transactions until 2012, the year in which I left the profession to join Banca Popolare di Milano (now Banco BPM) where I was appointed General Counsel and Chairman of WeBank S.p.A. and Board Member of Banca Akros S.p.A. and Banca Popolare di Mantova S.p.A. I have contributed to the restructuring and relaunch of the banking group, taking care of corporate governance, capital strengthening operations, relations with the authorities and, finally, relations with the European Central Bank and asset quality review activities. At the end of 2014, I was appointed partner and general counsel for Investindustrial, where I followed the fund's operations and sat on the board of directors of the companies in the portfolio.
