Massimo is an Italian qualified attorney-at-law (Avvocato) and partner at Deloitte Legal Italy. ​

He heads the Commercial Law practice area and the firm’s offices of Padova, Bologna and Florence. ​

Massimo joined Deloitte in 2004 and became a partner of Deloitte Legal in 2008. Massimo has over 20 years of experience in advising clients in all aspects of commercial and corporate law, mid-cap M&A and corporate restructurings, in particular involving cross-border issues. ​

He has experience in acquisition and divestment of assets and interests, corporate joint ventures (national and cross-border), distressed M&A and group corporate reorganizations (distribution / supply chain reorganization).​

The reference sectors are mainly manufacturing, industrial, consumer product and food.​

Clients are represented by Italian and foreign multinationals and private equity funds. ​
