Tomasz is an advocate at the Warsaw Bar Association and is a partner in the M&A and Capital Markets Team at Deloitte Legal. He is an experienced M&A advisor, specializing in private transactions. Tomasz also advises clients on general corporate law, corporate reorganization and restructuring.

Tomasz has considerable experience working for strategic investors, financial sponsors, wealthy individuals, as well as managers of acquired companies. Also, he is particularly experienced in working for clients from the financial services sector (banks, insurers, pension funds and investment funds).
