Cloe joined Deloitte in January 2015. Before, she worked for Ernst & Young Abogados – Spain, and in New York (USA) in 1999-2000 and in 2007-2011 for Donahue & Partners LLP. From Sept. 2016 to August 2018, she led the Deloitte UK Liaison Desk in London. Cloe is the Global Leader of Clients & Industries for Deloitte Legal and a member of the global Deloitte Legal Executive Board.

Cloe specializes in cross-border M&A transactions, including legal due diligence processes, the preparation and negotiation of the transaction agreements, the implementation of the deals and complex shareholders’ agreements and joint-ventures, both for corporations and private equity funds.

She is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
