Agustín del Río joined Deloitte as Principal Associate in September 2016. Prior to joining Deloitte, Agustín worked in CMS as Senior Associate and in Gómez-Acebo & Pombo as Associate.

He provides legal advice to national and international entities, companies and groups and focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, finance and debt restructuring transactions, real estate, business reorganizations and corporate governance. He provides also legal advice on due diligence proceedings, joint venture agreements, the design of management and administration structures, and on the design and improvement of contractual structures.

He is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
