Xavier has been a partner of Deloitte Legal employment practice since May 2020. Prior to that, he was the managing partner of the employment practice at Ramón y Cajal Abogados, S.L.P. (Madrid/Barcelona) since January 2016.  He also worked in the KPMG's employment practice for five years and in Clifford Chance's employment practice for four years.

He is an expert in labor law specializing in restructuring, downsizing plans, and collective bargaining issues, both nationally and internationally, for a wide range of clients including manufacturing, pharma, and healthy industry, real estate, consumer business, IT, and transport companies
