Career

During his more than 13 years of experience in business law, Mihnea acted as first chair for many market-leading clients and coordinated large teams in “bet-the-firm litigation” projects and high-profile cases before both international arbitration panels and local courts or authorities.

In addition to his expertise in national dispute resolution cases, Mihnea also has extensive experience in international arbitration proceedings, as well as in multi-jurisdictional litigation projects and focuses on antitrust cases (both cartel investigations and abuse of dominant position claims) and has substantial experience in debt recovery procedures and in investigating contractual frauds and also acts as expert on Romanian procedural law before international arbitration panels (e.g. before the London Court of International Arbitration).

Memberships

Mihnea is co-head of the regional Dispute Resolution group (that reunites the leaders of the Dispute Resolution practices within Deloitte Central Europe) and a member of the Global Steering Committee on Dispute Resolution within Deloitte Legal (that manages the entire community of over 500 litigators across 60 jurisdictions in Deloitte Legal). In this role, Mihnea is involved in the transformation of the way in which legal services are provided to clients, especially in the current global context.
