Alex has successfully assisted and represented in front of the Romanian authorities, Romanian courts and European institutions, a wide range of clients from various industries (e.g. energy, retail, oil & gas, heavy industry, cereal trading) in tax disputes in relation to VAT refunds, excises, interest requests for refunds or delayed reimbursements, annulment of acts of modification or non-modification of the taxation base, annulment of unlawful compensation, or suspension of taxation decisions.
