Career
With over 17 years of experience, Irina is highly experienced in the acquisition, financing and development of large real estate projects, having assisted both private Romanian and foreign clients.
Her key areas of expertise include transaction structuring, energy & infrastructure developments, construction (including drafting FIDIC agreements and claims assessment), urbanism and permitting, as well as coordinating due diligence teams. She has a wide experience in large-scale real estate transactions, having assisted major local and international clients in share deals, asset deals, leaseback projects and real estate financing, as well as in energy infrastructure projects.
Irina is also specialized in construction, with a focus on drafting and negotiating FIDIC agreements and handling FIDIC disputes: she has been involved in DAB and ICC related arbitration. Another key area of expertise is urbanism and town planning.
In the past year, Irina has been directly involved and has coordinated all major projects and transactions of our team, which were also flagship transactions on the market.
