We handle cross border operations with the same speed and efficiency as any domestic operation, with a focus on M&A, corporate, commercial law and business contracts, and employer-side top-tier labour law issues.
Our German Desk has been headed since 2004 by Martin Hartl, formerly a partner in a top German law firm who, at the start of his career, completed a full legal education both in Rome (laurea and esame di avvocato) and in Munich (two State Exams and doctorate).
