Matteo advises a number of domestic and international companies in tax matters and has extensive experience in providing on-going tax assistance.

He usually assists companies in domestic and international tax issues, tax due diligence, planning of special operations and corporate reorganizations and advises his clients in relation to transfer pricing matters.

He also holds the position of statutory auditor in leading companies in Veneto.

He is an Professor of Corporate Finance and Strategic Finance at the University of Padua.
