Position
Equity Partner. Guido Fauda’s practice concentrates on commercial and corporate law, as well as on restructuring and turnaround. He has substantial experience in mergers and acquisitions, defeasance and turnaround operations and insolvencies. He advises on the formation and administration of joint ventures, the establishment and development of start-ups as subsidiaries of foreign companies, merger and acquisition transactions, generally involving Italian companies, and corporate and commercial transactions.
Mr. Fauda advises leading international multinational groups in the industrial and technology sectors, as well as those concerned with insurance activities with their ongoing legal needs, including assistance on extraordinary and ordinary business transactions.
Recent deals include transactions in the ITC and IP fields for leading Japanese players and Bancassurance for a leading French insurance group. Mr. Fauda, also has participated in the largest European banking restructuring (Crédit Lyonnais), and since 1996, he has been advising the French country on the unwinding of the relevant bad-bank. (Consortium de Réalisation).
