Associate Vincent Reijns focuses on all aspects of Belgian business law, with an emphasis on corporate M&A.

Prior to joining Van Bael & Bellis, Vincent gained experience in international corporate taxation at a leading international law firm in Paris. He gained further experience in corporate law matters during internships in law firms in Brussels, the Antwerp Commercial court in Mechelen and the public prosecutor’s office of Leuven.
