Azher is a Partner in our Restructuring and Insolvency Team, dividing his time between the firm’s Hull and York offices.
Azher has over 16 years’ experience in a broad range of insolvency and restructuring matters, acting for banks and financial institutions, private and syndicated lenders, boards of directors, creditors, suppliers and individuals. Prior to joining the firm, Azher worked at a National law firm advising, amongst other clients, the Department of Business, Innovation and Skills (DBIS) on Company Director Disqualification investigations and the Companies Investigation branch of DBIS on company interventions.
