Geoff has substantial experience in dealing with all aspects of commercial property work. Geoff has particular expertise in advising on acquisitions and disposals of both freehold and leasehold properties. Geoff regularly deals with transactions conditional on the grant of planning permission for development and often involving infrastructure agreements and section 106 negotiations.

Geoff has recently dealt with the acquisition of a large site for a local business for expansion and development involving complex issues in particular around access.
