Oliver is an experienced family lawyer and advises clients on all aspects of Family Law. He is also Resolution trained Mediator.

His specialist areas include advising clients on financial matters arising from divorce and civil partnership dissolution, cohabitation disputes and child arrangements issues. He also advises clients in cases involving domestic violence and issues relating to the occupation of property.

As well as representing clients at Court, Oliver assists clients planning for the future with the preparation of Pre and Post nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements and separation agreements. He has spent many years working and living in the Ryedale area and has gained specialist knowledge in advising on matters that contain an agricultural and equestrian element. He frequently represents clients from the agricultural community on family law matters.
