Samuel provides advice to commercial and agricultural clients on a range of transactions including purchases and disposals, the granting and taking of leases, licences and surrenders and has advised a mix of private individuals and companies. Samuel acts for developers and landowners in relation to conditional contracts, options and overage agreements.  

Samuel has experience dealing with unregistered land within transactions and also regularly assists clients to proactively register their land.
