Matthew advises a wide range of private companies and listed and unlisted PLCs on a variety of corporate matters including acquisitions and disposals, group reorganisations, joint ventures and shareholders agreements.

He has acted on a portfolio of corporate transactions ranging from acquisitions for a number of AIM Listed companies to disposals of owner managed businesses. He has also provided continuing assistance for clients with 'buy and build' projects. He has advised on both property joint ventures implemented through LLP structures and a number of commercial joint ventures as well as a number of transactions in the manufacturing and engineering sectors.

Matthew has advised several companies raising funds through crowdfunding, particularly in the renewable energy sector.
