Career

Daniel Zimmerli is counsel in the Information Technology, Intellectual Property and Competition Team. His preferred areas of practice cover Antitrust Law, Administrative Law, Economic Constitutional Law as well as Administrative Procedure. He has an in-depth knowledge of the infrastructure (telecommunications, energy, public transport, postal services) and the healthcare sector. He advises and represents clients both in courts and before administrative bodies.

He gained working experience as a teaching and research assistant at the University of Berne, as a scientific collaborator at the Swiss Competition Commission, as an attorney at a Bernese law firm and as an attorney at the legal department of Swiss Post.
