Christian Hagen advises clients on all questions of contract law, commercial and corporate law as well as health and medical law. He specializes in national and international M&A transactions of non-listed companies (private M&A) - including venture capital and private equity transactions, management buyouts (MBO) and financing rounds. His particular focus is on projects in the healthcare and life sciences. In addition, he advises corporate clients on legal matters related to their daily business, corporate law (foundation, capital increase and change as well as liquidation of all kinds of companies) and on questions of group structuring and financing.

Before joining Walder Wyss, he gained experience in the M&A teams of a large audit company and of a leading Zurich business law firm.

He is registered with the Zurich Bar Registry and admitted to practice in all Switzerland.

Christian Hagen's professional languages are German and English.

Christian Hagen was educated at the Zurich University (lic. iur. 2011) and the University of Oxford (MSc in Law and Finance 2017).
