Valentine Schnyder is an associate in our Banking & Finance team. She advises banks and financial institutions on all regulatory aspects related to their activities as well as financial products and services. Her areas of expertise also include structured finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law.

Prior to joining Walder Wyss, Valentine Schnyder worked in the legal department of a Swiss private bank and in the legal department of one of the Big Fours.

Valentine Schnyder works in French, English and Spanish. She has a good command of German and Italian.

Valentine Schnyder studied at the Geneva University where she obtained a Bachelor of Laws in 2013 and a Master of Laws in 2015 which included two exchanges, the first at the University of Lucerne and the second at the Université du Québec, in Montreal. She was admitted to the Geneva Bar in October 2019.
