Career

Lena Götzinger is a managing associate in the Regulated Markets, Competition, Technology and Intellectual Property Team. She advises and represents companies on all questions of information and technology law, including the structuring and negotiation of outsourcing projects, licensing of data and artificial intelligence. Further, she specializes in commercial administrative and public procurement law. She regularly represents domestic and foreign companies as well as the public sector in complex proceedings before Swiss authorities and courts.

Before joining Walder Wyss, she worked as a trainee lawyer and research assistant at a leading commercial law firm in Hamburg. During her legal clerkship she also worked in the legal department of a streaming provider in Stockholm and for a foundation promoting the rule of law in Singapore.
