As a Partner in the Litigation & Investigations Department of William Fry, Deirdre advises a range of clients on all areas of commercial litigation, with particular expertise in shareholder and contractual disputes. Deirdre provides strategic advice and support to clients across a range of sectors including telecoms, healthcare and investment funds. She has recent experience in advising clients before statutory inquiries and inspections, as well as in relation to data protection issues. Deirdre also has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution, particularly mediation, including in an international context.
