Position
Sonya is a Partner and Head of William Fry Tax Advisors. She advises both domestic and multi-national corporations across a range of sectors on Irish tax matters including corporate tax, VAT and stamp duty. She is a key member of the firm’s FDI group. Her extensive experience includes advising on inward investment, IP and international tax structuring, reorganisations, real estate transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
Memberships
Sonya is a member of the Law Society of Ireland and the Irish Tax Institute. She is a member of the Law Society Taxation Committee and is also a director of the Irish branch of the IFA.
