Clodagh is a Partner in William Fry’s Asset Management & Investment Funds department and specialises in advising asset managers in relation to the establishment, regulation and ongoing management of a wide variety of investment funds.
She has a particular focus in the evolving areas of artificial intelligence (AI), data protection and environmental, social governance (ESG), and their impact on asset managers. She is a member of the Irish Funds Green Team Network, the William Fry Sustainability Steering and Environmental Committees, and the Financial Services Strategy Group, working closely with the William Fry Technology Department on continuous AI regulatory developments. Her work has been shortlisted by the Financial Times in the Innovative Lawyers Awards
