Brian is a Partner in William Fry’s Corporate / M&A Department, based in our London office.  Brian advises on a broad range of corporate matters, with extensive experience in public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, IPOs and other capital markets transactions.  In addition to transactional representations, Brian also advises clients on governance matters and ongoing regulatory compliance.
