Margaret Muldowney is a Consultant to the Clinical Advisory team within our Life Sciences division at William Fry, Margaret has advised healthcare clients including hospitals, doctors and nurses, on all aspects of their work for almost 30 years. She acts as lead legal advisor in the defence of clinical claims and fitness to practice inquiries.
Career
Margaret has advised on a diverse range of healthcare and life sciences issues covering clinical trials, human assisted reproduction, Freedom of Information, privacy and confidentiality matters. She has represented healthcare clients before Tribunals and Commissions of Inquiry. Margaret has served on the Ethics Committees of two hospitals
