Position
Conor Linehan is Head of William Fry’s Environment & Planning Group. His work includes pollution control licensing, habitats and protected area controls, the legal aspects of waste management, contaminated land issues and planning and land-use controls. He has a particular interest in the legal and policy responses to the climate change problem, including the EU Emissions Trading Scheme.
Education
Qualified as a Solicitor (Rep. of Ireland & England & Wales) and as a Barrister, he also holds an MSc in Environmental Sociology from the University of Kent at Canterbury.
