Lars Ulleberg Jensen is a Partner at Wikborg Rein's Oslo office, and is part of the firm's Commercial Property practice. He primarily works with transactions, lease agreements, property development, and other assistance to property owners. Ulleberg Jensen advises both to traditional property companies and financial players, and has significant experience in assisting clients within i.a. syndications/project financing, private equity, and foreign investors in the Norwegian market.

Ulleberg Jensen previously worked as a Senior Lawyer in Advokatfirmaet Thommessen, and he is co-author of the Report on Cross Border Insolvency delivered to the Ministry of Justice. He has also been a lecturer in property law at the University of Oslo, and holds lectures for the real estate industry on a regular basis.
