Technology and Digitalisation

Leif is head of the firm's Technology and Digitalisation group. He has more than 20 years of experience with business-critical digitalisation projects and technology-related M&A Leif primarily works with complex IT projects and Tech M&A. He regularly assists large enterprises in both private and public sectors with digital transformation, particularly in outsourcing, cloud services, software implementation, and maintenance. He has previous experience as the legal director in one of the largest IT service company in the Nordic region.
