Dispute resolution

Håkon specialises in dispute resolution, contract law and compliance. He has extensive experience in sanctions, export control regulations, anti-corruption measures, business and human rights, as well as security legislation. Håkon's work includes providing general advice, assisting in transactions, engaging with authorities, and serving as a defence counsel for corporations, especially in cases relating to sanctions. Håkon also has significant experience with complex projects in the energy industry. Previously, Håkon worked as an in-house counsel at Equinor. In this role, he managed contract negotiations and disputes, assisted in investigations, and served as a compliance officer for the group's business area for project developments, drilling operations, and procurement activities globally.
